I am a jurist with a background in international & European law (Bachelor degree; the Hague University of Applied Sciences) and international environmental law (Master degree; University of Nottingham).

I have been involved in the rights of Nature movement since 2017.

I work as a freelance consultant on independent projects and also collaborate in partnership with multiple organisations striving towards similar goals. Aside from my independent work, I am a jurist and board member for Earth Advocacy Youth and also an Earth-centered law expert with the United Nations Harmony with Nature programme.

Besides speaking and consultancy projects I am currently focusing on the implementation of the rights of Nature in the Netherlands:
• River de Maas: I have (co-) developed a traineeship for students and I am part of the project group ‘Maas in de Wet’ to research the possibility of legal rights for de Maas.

With work experience in the government, private and non-profit sector I have gained valuable skills as a consultant. I am driven, thorough and client-oriented. For my curriculum vitae, please visit my LinkedIn profile.
